Wellness Wednesdays: Detox for Spring


Spring starts this Friday. As the days are longer and the weather is getting warmer, for some of us, we are motivated to clean our space, open the windows and let the sunshine in. Many people are naturally happier and ready for a new phase of the year. As it is natural to spring clean our space, we must do the same for our bodies.

Detoxing the body is important for maintaining good health. Here is an article I wrote for about detoxing the body for spring.
