Many times when we listen to a song it creates a distinct memory that takes you back to “that moment.” The same is true for many smells. Lavender has that aroma that reminds me of a summer day where the sun is your alarm clock and the morning breeze flows through the window.
Lavender can be found growing wild in southern Europe, along the Mediterranean Sea. Many people use it to practice Aromatherapy, some use it in their hair and others use it for their skin. Lavender can help the nervous system because of its calming sent. It is know to assist those with anxiety, migraines, restlessness, insomnia and increase mental function. Lavender is also helpful for those with muscle aches and tension, cramps, repertory disorders, blood circulation and digestion. This power plant smells great and has a lot of health benefits.
