We all get a sweet tooth from time to time. There are many options that are good to eat but not good for us. The following are some raw food dessert recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you healthy.

Raw Mud Slide
3 dates
1 banana
1 ½ cup of water
½ cup of Almonds
Blend ingredients together and enjoy.


Raw Chocolate Pudding
½ avocado
6 dates
4 tablespoons of coca powder
Blend ingredients together and enjoy.
