Raw Food 101
If you are looking to improve your health, look great and have a tremendous amount of energy. I strongly encourage trying raw foods. I have been 50-60% raw for about 6 months now. Due to my lifestyle 100% raw would be difficult. There are modifications. Do what works for you. I have adapted to the method that Natalia Rose uses in her book The Raw Food Detox Diet. Recently, I was asked to be the wellness expert for Detroit Fashion Pages. A publication based in the Detroit area. I will have articles published every Monday. Check out my article on raw foods.

I think I could do the raw thing for a few weeks, just to detox. We should all try it!
