I can’t even begin to tell you all of the health benefits of tea. I know I write about tea a lot but it is my drink of choice. The Tea Council of USA held a scholarship competition to further educate young people on the health–related benefits of drinking tea. The requirements for participants were to create an original one-to-two minute internet video that had to contain at least one valid message regarding the health benefit of tea.
John Ford, 26, of Los Angeles won the contest for his video Interrogation, which was inspired by his father, a retired FBI agent. He is presently a second year graduate student attending the American Film institute pursing his Masters of Fine Arts in Film Directing.
