Foods That Help You Loose

When it is as cold as it is in Michigan (15 below 0) I crave comforting foods. My favorite is rice and mac and cheese. Well, with this craving I know the overindulgence will result in some consequences that will go against the promise that I made to myself to live a healthier lifestyle. I am happy to say that I lost 10lbs, and still counting. I was looking for healthy recipes and found this list of foods that will help your healthy eating choices.
