As we all know there are coffee shops as frequent as gas stations. It is inevitable that our cars need gas in order for to run but do our bodies really need coffee? If you asked me last year or even six months ago I would scream YES!!! Since then I have changed my answer. I like the taste of coffee, but I know it is not good for me at this point in my life, so I stopped drinking it everyday, I am down to one or two days a week.
With that being said I have learned that I love to drink something warm in the morning. Now I drink tea. There are great health benefits that tea can offer. I have noticed that there are tea cafes popping up slowly but surely. There is one in Michigan that I frequent a lot called Karma I purchase tea to take home from time to time and I love to spend time there getting work done, it is an extremely peaceful environment.

MSN recently had an article about the popularity of tea houses. Since I have almost ended my relationship with coffee, I sleep better, think clearer, and my once growing hips and thighs have stabilized and slimmed down.
