
One of my favorite things to snack on is hummus it not only tastes good, but has wonderful health benefits. Hummus is primarily made of chickpeas also known as garbanzo beans, lemon, olive oil and garlic. The health benefits include protein, manganese and iron. It also has an excellent source of fiber which is know to help lower cholesterol and fight heart disease. Eat it with veggies, pita bread or crackers and enjoy.

i love coconut oil for the hair. I use it on a regular basis. My hair has strengthened incredibly since I began using it.
