Many times when we ask others how they are doing, we often hear the words “I am so tired” this response is understandable due to the fact that we have very busy schedules. As many of us feel that there is not enough time in a day, I believe there is room to create more energy.
When we think of getting more energy, the obvious comes to mind, such as more sleep, regular exercise and healthy eating. Have you ever thought of the fact that your surroundings could be zapping your energy. Recently, I realized that I had a lot of unfinished goals, like organizing files, cleaning out my space and some other tasks. I realized that once I wrote down these goals and treated them like my list at work, I felt a lift and I noticed that I had more energy, motivation and creativity.
Three easy ways to get more energy:
Check out your surroundings, what can be moved, changed or thrown away.
Take account of how you feel before and after.
Congratulate yourself and use your new energy for an exciting and productive project.
Do you have some unfinished tasks that you could complete in the near future?
What do you do to boost your energy?

I run on the treadmill to boost my energy and I meditate to clear out mental clutter before doing an important task that's in alignment with my passion.
Your surroundings matter to the fullest. Clutter, garbage, and the hottest of messes will leave you weighed down.
Great Post...I write about lifestyle and living well and home decor...
