Many times we focus on everything that is irrelevant. Life is short, if someone told you that you had one year to live, I am sure that we would put everything into perspective. Check out this article that tells us how to focus on what is important in our lives. It is also interesting because the author Martha Beck PhD, who also wrote Finding Your Own North Star: Claiming the Life You Were Meant to Live mentioned the late Randy Pausch PhD who was a professor at Carnegie Mellon University, he passed away in July of cancer. His last lecture is above.
What is truly important to you?
Do you give too much energy to situations that you know deserve no time at all?
