Now that the summer months are finally here and the days are longer, we naturally want to stay up until the sun goes down. This is well and good, but it is also important that you get enough sleep. There is no such thing as enough sleep to me!! I try to sleep as much as i can because my body always feels like it can used a couple more zzz's! At least I know that I'm definitely NOT sleep deprived. :-)
I totally agree, I have just started to learn to sleep and rest for long peroids of time and I don't feel guilty one bit!! :)
