As we are just beginning the month of June we are half way through 2008. So far the year has been good. I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to write for new publications and I was included in some exciting projects. So far this year I have grown in a sense that I have learned to let go of that which I can’t control, I have better communication skills in regards to my feelings and I am learning that patience is key.
One thing that I know I must focus on for the remainder of the year is my health. Earlier this year I had some issues with my health. I realized that little changes can make big results so I have done the following. Increased my exercise, intensified my yoga practice adding Bikram Yoga twice a month, lowered my coffee intake to once a week, it is becoming a treat instead of an every day obsession, and I am now 50% raw. I still eat cooked meals, but once again the practice of patience is allowing me to see unbelievable transformation. How are each of you doing with your goals this year?
Remember it is not too lat to refocus, little changes make big results.
