Music is a wonderful element to a calm lifestyle. Check out this artist Estelle. Her song American Boy ft. Kanye West is amazing. I encourage you to do some research and find some of her older songs. Estelle's album titled The 18th Day released in 2004 is wonderful. There are a lot of songs that I enjoy on this album, but one in particular is called I Wanna Love You.
