Free Yourself of Toxins

This week for Mindful Monday I encourage you to beware of the toxins lurking around your surroundings and everyday products. Being healthy is more than just eating right, meditating (mental wellness) and exercising. It is inevitable that we encounter bacteria and toxins on a day to day basis, although some can be avoided.
