
Cranberry juice is a drink that I find so refreshing. I personally love to eat cranberries especially the cranrasins. There are many benefits that cranberries offer, this fruit is packed with antioxidants and health promoting properties. Cranberries are widely known for preventing urinary tract infection, recently it has been discovered that they also help reduce the bacterial adhesion to teeth, which results in reducing the formation of dental plaque. Other health benefits include reduction of heart disease and prevention of the development of kidney stones.
There are many ways to include cranberries in your diet, drink the tea or juice, eat the fruit include cranberry sauce with your meals and put cranrasins in your salad or oatmeal. If you don’t like the taste of cranberries you can wear them the Body Shop has a wonderful line of cranberry goodies!
