Mindful Eating


They always say never go grocery shopping when you are hungry. I understand this advice very well. As the holiday season is quickly approaching it is important to stay mindful about your eating. Many times we eat out of stress or boredom but when I find myself munching or wanting to munch and hunger has not called, I stop and ask my self why. I am amused at some of my own answers but at the end of the Q and A session with myself and realizing what is right for me I really try to make the right decisions when it comes to choosing food, particularly snacks. We all may slip up from time to time but when I think of my health in the long run, it is easier to put the junk food down. Check out an article about mindful eating.
